Shipping methods, delivery and dispatch times:

Please allow 3-5 business days processing time​ from the date you place your order. You can then expect your order to delivery in the days following this depending on the delivery selection at checkout.

Please allow for dispatch and delivery times e.g. if dispatch is 3-5 days and postage is 1-2 days please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive.

We primarily use Royal Mail for shipping orders so delivery timeframes will depend on shipment preferences selected at checkout.

Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2-4 days delivery time, 3-5 business days dispatch time: allow 5-9 days from order date to arrival

Royal Mail 1st Class: 1-2 days delivery time, 3-5 business days dispatch time: allow 4-7 days from order date to arrival

Missing or lost packages:

If a shipment gets lost in transit it is out of our hands but we will endeavour to help by checking that parcels have arrived and if they have not we will contact the shipping company and chase it up.

Payment and Tracking information:

Payment for postage is taken at checkout when products are paid for.

If a tracked delivery option has been selected at checkout then tracking information will be sent in your order confirmation or when parcel is dispatched to you.

Shipping restrictions and International shipping:

At this time we are unable to post to countries outside of the UK, EU and the USA, if you are outside of these areas please contact us and we will work to figure out if there is a delivery option for you.
